The industries are different. The question is not.
Why does this have to work this way? If the honest answer is that it does not, we build something better.

Make the complicated thing simpler.
If a process needs a workaround, that is the product. We do not add theater around it.

Build for the person doing the work.
Dashboards are not the point. The person in the queue, at the chair, or in the shop is.

Solve the actual problem.
We would rather finish one stubborn friction than ship a feature list that looks complete.

Connect what should already be connected.
Information that already exists should not have to be retyped, re-exported, or reconstructed.

Do not add features to look finished.
Integrity here means leaving things out. Bloat is a kind of chaos.
